SHIPPING, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

SHIPPING

Orders placed Monday through Friday(excluding holidays) with the Standard Shipping Method will be processed within 1-2 business days once credit card authorization and verification have been obtained, then shipped. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will begin processing the following business day.  All customers will receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped. Orders submitted before 12PM CST with Next Day or Two-Day shipping methods selected will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 12PM CST or Saturday and Sunday will ship the next business day. 

All orders are shipped via USPS First Class Mail, UPS, or Fedex. The following shipping methods are in effect at this time: We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the U.S. and Puerto Rico. Packages will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail unless otherwise indicated.

Methods and Transit Times:

Standard

Cost: Free on eligible orders. 

Transit Time: Will arrive 3-5 business days after processing and shipping. Orders being shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico are not eligible for free ground shipping. 

Two-Day

Cost: $20

Transit Time: Will arrive in 2 business days after processing and shipping. 

Overnight

Cost: $30

Transit Time: Will arrive the following business day after processing and shipping

DO YOU SHIP OUTSIDE THE U.S?

 **ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. NO EXCEPTIONS. 

APO/FPO/DPO MILITARY ADDRESSES

All shipments to APO, FPO, and DPO addresses are sent via UPS, DHL, or Fedex. Due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 45 business days. Military addresses are not eligible for free standard shipping at this time. 

MULTIPLE SHIPPING ADDRESSES

At this time, we can only ship to one address per order.

P.O. BOXES

All orders are shipped via  UPS, or Fedex and cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes.

TRACKING ORDERS

You will receive a tracking number via email once your order is shipped. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

WHAT IS OBA’S RETURN POLICY?

Returns and exchanges are accepted on all unworn items within 14 days of receiving the item.  Once your return is approved, you must ship the item within 14 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping cost. Only one exchange is permitted per sale. **NO CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS ON FINAL SALE ITEMS REDUCED 50% OR HIGHER OR CLEARANCE ITEMS. OBA CREDIT WILL BE GIVEN FOR SALE RETURNS. RETURNS WILL BE REJECTED FOR ANY WORN ITEMS. To process your return please contact our Customer Care team at service@oba.jewelry to request a return authorization within 7 days of receiving the item.  Exceptions apply to personalized items, like our African Name Bracelets.
